It' a beautiful place to live and the maintenance staff is extremely prompt and friendly! The office staff is always helpful and friendly. Connor signed us up for our apartment and he's great! He's great at answering questions and answering emails quickly. The parking situation could be better, but I've never lived anywhere with such an amazing staff!

This is the first apartment Iv lived in and it’s been an amazing experience, from the moment we walked in the front door Connor was so helpful and really cared about what we were looking for and how quickly we wanted to move. He’s the best, we toured same day and signed the paper work the same day. Connor explained everything in detail and we felt no pressure!! I'll change my recommendations when you change the parking at this complex. Having to walk an eighth of a mile just to get to my front door from car is not acceptable. I shouldn't have to pay over $25 a month just to park near my building
Camden is one best places. There staff is supper friendly and hard working. Shout out to David, Jesus, Veronica, Byron. This crew makes sure that the property stay very comforting. The leasing agents are some of the nicest, most informative and genuinely warm hearted. Shout out to Laura, Jennifer, Kelsey and Connor.
I absolutely love these apartments we were living there for about six months before transferring to a Orlando Camden property. The front office staff were always very helpful always nice, the maintenance staff were always on point always made sure requests were taken care of in a timely manner. I have no complaints about this property, the unit was beautiful and perfect condition when we moved in and all the amenities were great. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
I visited Camden Royal Palms and I'm incredibly impressed with it. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, but Connor really made an impression as I watched him work with other people. He made it a point to be sure everyone had what they needed and did it with a smile. The property itself is clean and beautiful. I love the ponds, they're so pretty. If you're looking for an apartment, this is a great choice!
