I Love living here. The view from my patio us amazing ( I face the water fountain and pool) Staff responds quickly to problems. I love the trash valet. I would have given 5 stars but there are some issues with neighbors trash and the unavailability of garages near my apartment when management is using multiple units closer to me than the garage I have. BUT! I do have a garage for storage and my car if I want it's just that I have to drive to it and back.
The staff is amazing! The complex events they plan are sooo much fun. And they all truly care about their residents! Today I came from work to find the Camden staff giving pizza to their residents for dinner. I mean I was blown away enough for me to write this post. This may be my last apartment I'm in before my eventual house purchase but if your in be market for an apartment look no further than here.
We just moved out after 4 years. We loved living at Camden! The staff is great and they work hard to keep the property looking its best. The walls are thick and I never heard my neighbors. If I had to rent again, I would certainly contact Camden. My only complaint stems from parking. People park in the fire lane and in the handicapped spots. I LOVE living here!! The office staff is always friendly, any maintenance repairs needed are fast and efficient. They have a ton of events like garage sales, pet a palooza, even a resident appreciation event. I love every part of being here!!

Our Camden Royal Palms Maintenance Staff is awesome! These guys and our newest lady are absolutely great! I couldn't ask for a better group of people to have in our lives as these! They always go above and beyond the call of duty and in a fast response time too! Thank you all for all that you do for us here at Camden Royal Palms!
