Love this building more than anywhere else I’ve lived in DC! Cheerful & highly attentive staff — with a beautiful lobby set to meet neighbors. Pet friendly, bike friendly, and family friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough. Wish I didn’t have to leave.
If you want to feel like you are living in a college dorm again, this place is for you. Droves of drunk residents come down the hall yelling and carrying their six-packs ready to go out, especially on the weekend. Luckily, you'll be able to hear it like it was in your own living room because there is little sound-proofing and the doors only come down to about an inch above the floor leaving plenty of space for the sound to flow in. The amenities are incredible, but the STAFF is by far the greatest thing about this building. Freddie and Caroline are like family to me <3
