I would leave a 0 star if I could. I applied for an apartment at Camden Vanderbilt on Buffalo speedway February 4th 2021, It was 370.00 so i asked before hand if it got denied if I'd get my money back, they said I'd just lose a 60.00 processing fee. I paid 370.00 ACH withdraw ( direct from my checking account ). February 5th they informed me I was denied. I asked for a refund and Seth told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks they were going to mail it to me and I said I needed my money faster than that to continue looking for apar... read more

Lack of security still exists in this community and manager does not want us discussing that in public. A shame! Run for your life. They just left two cars on bricks after they stole their wheels. This is the most unsafest place I ever lived! I repeat, run for your life.

I live at ********** **** in Houston Texas. I moved in on Nov. 2017. Now that warmer weather is coming I'm having AC Problems. The Office is giving me the run around., At first They( The Maintenance man) said both ac units need to be replaced .because they are old and leaking. He said they could break down the next day. The Next day Heather ( who works in the office and isn't a AC tech.) said they was wrong that the Freon just need to be filled. I've been a resident of three Camden properties for the past 5 years and 8 months. Recently, in June 2017, for the first time I reserved the club room. I used the mycamden.com payment portal to reserve and pay for the room. The checking account I used was one I had closed and forgotten to update in the mycamden.com portal. Although the checking account was closed, it came back as non-sufficient, which is understandable and I paid the $50 fee. I have been a resident at Camden Greenway for about a year and a half. The location of this complex is great (price reflects this prime location). It is close to many great shopping centers and numerous grocery stores. The complex has a very nice 24 hour gym and 24 hour club room. There are 4 pools and the main pool has two newly installed beautiful grills. The maintenance team here is awesome, they respond quick to work orders and are always friendly on site.
