The property is beautiful and well maintained. The apartments are upscale and well priced. The manager and staff are flat the best around. If you want great living and a management that truly cares about you and your family, come home to Camden Preserve Apartments.
In the 4 months I've lived here I've had my car hit in the parking lot, my air conditioner and toilet leak, the floor come up and now someone has stolen a package off my third story apartment doorstep. Despite being mostly military here, people don't seem to have any regard for other people. Additionally the walls are thin so I can actually hear my downstairs neighbor go to the bathroom and hear every phone conversation word for word. It's time to move somewhere newer and safer!
Safe, clean, incredibly quick response by Maint, well maintained buildings & grounds, the best staff, an all around great place to live, relax, and entertain, and would recommend to friend and family.
