I am not going to say thank you to Camden because I am a single parent with 5 children and I lost my job on March 23rd. My lease was up in May and I asked if I could leave sooner because I would not be able to afford to stay till May. I looked into getting the grant but because I was leaving I was not eligible to apply. I don’t blame the lady’s in the office for a Corperate decision but I do blame the system to not see me as person who is one that is very affected by this pandemic and try to help. RecommendedMoved in this week and everything has been great. They put in a brand new screen on the balcony and repainted it so it would be nice. I am excited for the boardwalk area to be finished so I can go right up to the water there.
A manager just banged on my door while I was working from home to let me know a neighbor complained that I was smoking on my balcony. Ridiculous! I didn't know it was against the rules to smoke outside. lol. I pay $1600+ a month! I'm so mad.
I've lived at Camden Preserve Apartments for about 5 months now and have absolutely no complaints. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the gym/pool area is my favorite place to be, and the apartments are updated/clean with no maintenance issues so far. Very pleased with our choice to live here, thanks Camden!
I would like to give a HUGE thank you to Todd on the maintenance team! He is always willing to fix anything and goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of with a smile!! Special Kudos to you, Thank you! As for the property it's very quiet, kept up and clean. I love it here and have been here for a few years now
Amazing evening at the residents Pool Party. Entertainment, food, and good times. We hope to see more of this on both the same scale and a smaller scale. LOVE IT!! I.e: ice cream social, Fun Friday’s . Brittanie and the whole staff is amazing. We enjoy Camden Preserve a lot.
Tonight’s Pool Party was amazing! It was fun to pull through the gate to music and dancing. The pool and deck were full of people laughing and socializing. The food and band were great! You brought the community together for a fun Thursday night! Thank you, Camden family! I look forward to the next one. :)
I love living at Camden preserve! It is a great and clean living environment. The management genuinely cares about the residents and making them feel at home. Brittanie is very helpful and kind!
Initially, before moving to Camden Preserve, I used to a virtual tour to view the apartment complex. I moved in about 4 months later and the complex was exactly like the tour displayed and I have loved living here for the past 6-7 months. The front office staff, especially Brittanie, is always eager to help if something comes up. They have a very nice gym with a half court basketball court, which I use all the time.
