We have found that the maintenance team headed by Derrick Marshall at Camden Preserve is the best! They are prompt, polite, and very professional! They take care of any problem or situation quickly! Camden Preserve is a great community to live in!
I just moved in recently and I am very happy with the office/leasing staff, the maintenance team, and the overall apartment complex quality and cleanliness. Derrick from the maintenance team quickly solved an issue with my dryer and was very friendly and positive in doing so. They also quickly addressed an issue on my patio. The office staff helped me get up and running with my new place and guided me through the whole process, making things very seamless. I hope to be here for a long time!
Camden Preserve is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. When my boyfriend and I moved in a year and a half ago the office staff were so nice and always willing to help. And the maintenance men were just as great, they are always so pleasant to talk with and were always quick and courteous when entering our home. FIX THE FRONT GATE................................
We absolutely loved living at Camden Preserve! The staff was amazing from the start, they are available whenever you need them & are always willing to work with you. We lived on the 3rd floor in a 3/2. Very spacious & cozy! High ceilings gave it an even bigger feel. Neighbors pretty much keep to themselves but are friendly. Dog friendly which was a huge plus for us. It's located in a very nice area with restaurants, stores, parks just minutes away. Even though we were there for a short amount of time, we enjoyed it!
Camden Preserve is the BEST community I have EVER lived in and I truly call it home. Derrick was just here to fix a small problem. He always brightens my day with his beautiful smile and great attitude!! Thanks Derrick!
