RecommendedOur maintenance men are fantastic. Derrick Marshall is the chief and is fantastic - calm,cool and professional. Todd Richardson is cheerful, helpful, smart in all maintenance needs. Miguel is amazing too. All three are the best helpers an apartment dweller could ever,ever meet! How lucky for us at Camden Preserve!
Camden Preserve has excellent staff. I have lived here for 2 years and will continue to live here. Every month I have a card game in the club house and the staff is always welcoming. Brittanie is always smiling and greeting everyone. The ladies enjoy coming to the club house to play because they are always welcomed. Keep up the great wook
When we moved here 5 years ago, we did not expect to stay more than a year. However, we are still here because it is a great place to live. Thank you Maria, Brittanie, Laura, Derrick, Todd, and Miguel for all you do to make this property feel like home.
It is currently 1:26 AM and my neighbors dog has been barking non-stop for 6 hours. Calling the after hours line is futile. Do not sign a lease with this horrible apartment complex. You will regret it. You have been warned. Well, it looks like another night of no sleep for me. Neighbors dog is barking non stop again. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS COMMUNITY!
Great World Cup brunch party. The staff is always smiling and it's a joy living here at Camden Preserve. Great pool and work out room. Best maintenance team anywhere.
I really like the apartment complex. Bowery had a few more amenities, but I prefer the customer service here and the price is better. My idea of fun is chess and a good book so I appreciate the quiet surrounding. I hate noise. Ken
Absolutely love living here! I previously transferred from another Camden in Tampa to be closer to work and have had zero issues. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful (shoutout to Maria and Brittanie!!) even if its just a wave in the morning or helping out with any maintenance issues. That being said- the maintenance team is awesome as well and its been the same across both Camdens I have lived at- super friendly and always willing to come help at all hours of the day/night when they are on call. I love this place and I love living here! I love the management and maintenance team. They are so friendly and they know you by name which gives this that "Home" feeling. Maria and Brittanie are always welcoming and always have time for you. We recently adopted a dog and he loves Maria and Brittanie. We moved from a Camden in California to here and Maria sorted out everything for us. It was a level of stress that she took away from us. She was always available to answer any questions.
