Staff is respectful and do their best to meet my needs. Maintenance staff does a great job in responding for service request! Grateful for all of you!
We just signed our second lease after being here for almost 15 months! We absolutely love it! The management and all office personnel are friendly, helpful and professional. The landscape and maintenance crews do an amazing job! The location is walking distance to Downtown, Midtown and Old Fourth Ward! Thanks Camden Midtown for being a part of our happiness in Atlanta!
It's really gone down hill in the last 6 - 8 months. We are on our third set of managers in 4 months and were without management for a while. Numerous break ins. Security is a major issue. Cars getting broken in to. It used to be well kept and maintained but not so much any more. We can't get the halls, elevators, and property picked up or cleaned on a regular basis.
