RecommendedThe maintenance staff and management is great at this property. I've lived here for many years and have not always had the best experience, but the staff in place now is amazing.
I've been living here for almost 5 years now and don't plan on moving yet. The staff is friendly and responsive and try to make living here enjoyable for everyone. While there have been some bumps here and there, like the time contractors doing renovations flooded my apartment stack from 4 floors above, management has always taken care of things quickly and professionally. Shout out to Tony, the maintenance supervisor, who came today and got my air conditioning working again in no time flat. Thanks!
I have been living at Camden Midtown for almost 2 years now. It has been such a great experience from the friendliness of the whole staff to the amenities. It is close enough to everything to walk around the city. There are several different types of units throughout the complex to please anyone, trust me I looked at all of the styles. City living always comes with some concerns but are expected when you live in the middle of a city. My car was broken into at the parking deck right next to leasing office.....stole everything....mgmt will not even call me back....I would seriously fear for my life living or visiting this place....I would at the very least expect some professionalism from such a nice complex.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I first have to mention Ms.Lisa Ball! She was AMAZING! She made it hard for my partner to make a decision lol. And I mean that it the BEST way. She was so good at showing him exactly what he wanted and MORE. With plenty of options too! He was so excited and felt at home instantly! I'm so glad he's apart of The Camden Family! Thank you so much Lisa! You're a gem !
I recently moved in and have been busy putting together furniture for my new apartment. I had a table set that was almost complete, aside from the seats on the two chairs, which required a drill to connect the parts. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a drill from the maintenance crew, and they sent one of their guys to do the rest of the assembly for me!
