Shout out to Arnold Lara for saving our supper and apartment! Our power blew out tonight and Arnold was the on-call technician. He went further than turning our power back on by flipping the master breaker for the building. His diligence in finding out why out the power went out saved us from a potential fire. He found the source of the problem behind our stove and removed the exposure for future damages or fire. Thank you very much, Arnold.
I recently moved into Camden Midtown and could not be more pleased with my new home. The facility just completed a massive upgrade effort to their units, so my apartment had brand new hardwood floors, paint, and appliances. Although these are wonderful features, what I have truly appreciated about my time here so far has been the courteous and prompt treatment I have received from both management and maintenance. I have only lived here a week, but have had to ask for a couple of things to be looked at in my apartment. Both Arnold and D were very fast in their response time, and were efficient and friendly. Everything I asked them to look at was done quickly and cheerfully. I am looking forward to working with everyone here at Camden!
5 stars for Mario with maintenance :) he is always helpful, quick, and so kind!!!! (not that i need many work orders, but I've also been locked out of my apt)
