We've been at Camden Midtown for 5 months now and are really happy here. The apartments are nice and comfortable, the pool and gym are great, and the location is perfect for us. Close to the Metro train, many bus services, a supermarket, a nice park (both for kids and dogs) and many more. The office staff are all really friendly and helpful - they communicate really well. I really enjoy living at Camden Midtown. My roommate and I moved in six months ago and it's been an all-around great experience. The apartment complex is walking distance from popular bars, restaurants, and Randall's. The minor maintenance work requests I've made have been handled the same day. Maintenance guys are polite and everyone at the office has amazing customer service! I'd definitely recommend to someone looking for a place in Midtown.
Location is nice, even though you will likely hear music from the bars. You will only live here for the length of 1 lease, and then they will hike the rate hundreds of dollars, even if the apartment right next door is hundreds of dollars less. Staff is nice, but management is the worst. Don't expect any favors from management. Homeless people hang out around the property after dark. Gym is nice. Gates rarely work, so you end up stranded outside your apartment until someone leaves.
Location is wonderful! Downtown, Houston Zoo, and local parks are right down the road. There is also the convenience of Randall's right across the road, which comes in handy whenever your recipe is missing something. The staff is extremely friendly and host local events often. There are two pools, two gyms, and a dog park where residences can hang out within the property.
This location is great and the apartments are beautiful! So close to some of my favorite restaurants/bars.
What's not to LOVE about this place!!! Absolutely best place to live in Midtown!!! Everything's in walking distance, nice restaurants, bars and pubs. Randalls grocery store across the street. Beautiful pools with crystal clear water and bbq pits. The staff is very attentive and super friendly.
This community is stunning and full of life; it's like your own personal zen garden in the center of the city! The view from the rooftop is phenomenal, it's in walking distance from all of the best bars, and the swimming pools feel like a resort. The staff is very welcoming and makes it really feel like home. I love Camden!
