Location is great and lots of fun to be had in and around the Midtown neighborhood. But.... massive, insane, crazy amount of crime going on with absolutely zero effort to combat it. Not one security camera on the property. Zero. Supposedly there are security guards, but in almost a year of living here, I’ve never seen one ONCE. Roommate’s car was broken into and complete indifference from management, not to mention HPD doesn’t even bother to come get a statement. So all said and done? I want to give a huge shout-out to everyone who made our move and later transfer in Camden Midtown so pleasant and comfortable. I have been living here for a year now and recently transferred to another unit here after my wife moved in. The office staff helped us throughout. Both Erik and Scarlett went out of their way to make our move stress free and smooth. The maintenance staff also needs special mention. Your minor work and maintenance gets taken care off promptly. Zoe the Newfoundland and I have been residents here at Camden Midtown a year and a half. The apartment is spacious and well laid-out; the grounds are lush and always well groomed. Best of all is the most excellent staff. From Lorenzo and his merry band of guys who can fix anything to the office staff, they are here for us. Today, Monday, I drove into the car park and the staff greeted me with snacks and a Gatorade. They know how to show their appreciation! I love this place! The staff is awesome, the apartments have great layouts, and the location is literally perfect in midtown.
