Moving in from another state and, and the process of finding a place to live was really dificult, but Camden Midtown made it became really easy. :) Chandler was so helpful and quick in response to all our questions, and concerns, throughout the entire process from signing our lease to moving in.
The place is quiet. You can reflect and feel calm when you stay on their lobby/ receiving area. The overall place is clean and they have accommodating staff.
I had a slight issue when i moved into my apartment at the end of July. Suzanne, Noel and the great maintenance staff ( especially Lazaro and Angel) really go above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved in a timely manner. Highly recommended as the entire team will go out of their way to ensure the highest level of comfort! Thank you Camden!
I wanted to change apartments in the same building I am already in. Elizabeth was most helpful, even helping me with possible movers to make it happen. I have been very pleased with the maintenance team here at Camden Midtown. Thanks gang!
I had an air conditioning unit issue. Not only did they take the time to figure out the issue, but they changed out the unit for a brand new one and gave me tips on better cooling tricks in my unit. We are now Chill🙌
I moved here from California and everything was done remotely. Noel and the team were very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. I'm sure my pestering became annoying but the customer service is top notch and I am extremely grateful for all of the help. Now that I am here I can only say I love it and their support has been just as helpful, nothing has changed now that I have moved in. Thank you Noel I very much appreciate it!
