Another disappointing experience with emergency maintenance. The unit above me has flooded my restroom with water pouring through the electrical vent and maintenance refused to investigate tonight. They said they won't do anything until morning. So much water the ceiling around the vent is cracking but nothing is done. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They pretend to be all about customer service but when it comes down to it, they are all about money. I'll include a few stories to explain how I know this to be true. The biggest example is when the office reached out to me because I had a Ring camera and someone wanted to use the footage in a court case.
