I just want to thank Hildo Molina (Maintenance Supervisor) for assisting me with my car/apartment keys that I dropped down the elevator shaft. His expertise came in very handy and he also saved me a couple hundred dollars it would have cost me to have the elevator maintenance company out come out and retrieve them for me. Thank you for all that you do Hildo!

Let me tell ya, this property is awesome! Meredith Vela was so knowledgeable when I came to look at an apartment! And Andrew was very helpful and friendly when showing the property. I'll definitely be back.
I have been living here for five years and love the location, my apartment, and the staff here. The entire staff puts every effort to take care of issues and address any problems. The maintenance staff the AWESOME!!! All requests are completed same day and they are personal and professional.
Yesterday was 1 month here at Camden Design District and its starting to feel like home. After living at Camden Farmers Market for 12 yrs, I clearly was comfortable and was hesitant about moving. Everything from Noise, safety, neighbors and community were a concern with this change. I have to say I love the Apartment, and so far no major noise, really hardly any. I've really enjoyed my stay at Camden Design District. The location is excellent, close to everything without the riff-raff. The maintenance crew is top notch and any work that needs to be done they let you know well in advance. Everyone in the leasing office is extremely helpful, especially Shelbi, she's the best around.
The security here is absolutely lackluster. People are stealing cars, wheels, and other vandalism is happening around the complex which isn't acceptable for the amount in rent we pay. They need to invest in security cameras.
