Stay away from this company. Terrible experience
I live in CAMCO building . Residents were just given a new assessment for pipes which will cost 20-30 k per apt. In addition there will in the near future be another assessment for windows which will be another10- 20k dollars. Many older residents on fixed incomes. It was not disclosed when I moved in -a year ago and is being rammed through between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Very responsive and much better than the previous management company. New manager comes prepared to the board meetings and as a very good grasp project managing big ticket capital projects. Very pleased with the directive of CAMCO at the moment.
CAMCO has managed our community for the past two years. Prior to this, we had incompetent management firms (three) since I purchased my condo. CAMCO has been a breath of fresh air, their expertise and quick response time have proved invaluable to our Association. I highly recommend them!
Really terrible communication and responsiveness. High turnover rate of our community managers and each one is more incompetent than the one before. Steer clear!
