Heartless and unreasonable. I got behind on paying my condo fees and was trying to get caught up. Instead of working with me and proposing a fair payment plan they added additional fees and requested 11 months of additional payments for the coming year. They made the situation much worse than it was originally. They have no soul.

I have the misfortune of having a CAMCO-managed HOA. They are liars, plain and simple. I had an incident where I was told I was required to stain my deck or face penalties, so I comply. A month later, I receive a notice about a penalty for staining my deck without their authorization! The company exists not to improve the value of our properties, but to improve their value at their clients' expense. In short, stay away from their properties unless you want to get hustled.

Steer clear from this management company. They don’t care about managing your property they only try to sell you products and services you don’t want or need. There is no customer service or satisfaction. The top management are a bunch of over inflated egos. The employee turnover is enough to give you whiplash. They finally hire someone good and then they are gone. Very unprofessional company that seems to have no idea of how to keep a customer happy or care about their employees. These people are the worst.

I live in a Camco managed property. The last few months here have been the worse of my four years. They do not know how to engage with the owners, they as far as I can see do not treat their help very well. I sent a letter to them to let them know of a meeting in our community with the police, and politicians which would help with the area in general. I was told basically not to bother them. Horrible management!!! Steer clear of their properties. They are corrupt and charge homeowners for everything. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They hide behind emails and shift everything on you, when they are in the wrong.

New to Camco (not my choice) and I already get treated rudely just for asking a question. Still didn't get an answer. I already miss my former management company!

I live in a Camco Building and own rental apts around CC Philadelphia Camco is the worst most ill responsible mgmt company.. The manager here regularly screams “F... u” to residents and workers. When I tried to talk to Camco about this they refused to. There are of course issues everywhere but First Service has always been cooperative and Camco has never been This yr for a $30,000 assessment we finally are getting our HVAC replaced. this management company is a total disgrace you e mail the property manager than they threaten you with legal action. We are not on the answering service list we have no web site on the list of properties they manage.

Never available on site or on phone. Even the admin assistant doesn't answer the phone. Community manager isn't listed on their phone directory. They hide behind emails that you can't respond to. Previous management was like family - now it's like the mob - they take your money and threaten you with penalties for their mistakes
