Just horrible. They ignore your calls . They have no problem collecting their high HOA fees but when an issue arises they are MIA. Voicemail after voicemail cant speak to a human.
Camco Management pays all our bills late which incurs thousand of dollars of late fee and give us bad credit. They actually scare me with their mismanagement and you never get a straight answer from them.
CAMCO is the worst company we have ever dealt with. One of the property management reps just yelled at me for “bothering her on a weekend.” Not a single issue we have ever brought to their attention has been resolved. Their management is disrespectful and their staff are disrespectful, rude and incompetent. All they care about is getting their fees. My experience with Camco mgmt especially our property manager Ms Cindy queen was excellent. We recently moved from long islnad New York to Walingford to help our daughter’s family . Since we are working and still own our old home so we come on weekends to fix our place over at Walingford pa . We hired contractor to do remove our old dirty carpets but unfortunately our contractor was very rude demanding and loud and after he start working he doubled price than what he quote . One of the most useless management companies I have ever seen. As useless as tits on a bull.
My experience with Camco and in particular Robert Davidson, my condo manager have been nothing but excellent. Robert is professional, quick to respond to me and most importantly quick to resolve my issues. He deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service. There appears to be a lot of negative chatter on this page. Keep up the great work Robert. As long as you stay there I know I'm in good hands. Howard B.
I also have the misfortune of living in a development where the HOA is managed by Camco. The employee, Kristen McCard, is either a liar or incompetent. She denied my request to have a roof repaired after a storm. A roof that was damaged to the point of water leaking into my kitchen. The reason for her denial was blank. In other words, she didn’t even bother to give a reason. Her claim that she requested additional information was easily proven incorrect. If you have a choice, steer clear of Camco.
The worst company on the planet every contractor i talked to said how awful there upper managment people skills are.They are cheap disrepectful when i sold my property at timber creek i took a huge loss cause my building way in really bad shape,even the managment company in my new development has them and said they dumped them immediatly when they found out what a lousy company they are,god forbid you write a bad review they threaten to sue you for slander.Dont deal with them
One star is more than this management company should get There is a person who has been smoking on my floor in a non smoking building for months. It has disturbed both myself and one of my neighbors. When we were finally able to pin point the unit, the office manager said that we were wrong. That he was not smoking, because well, he said so.
