Worst hospital I’ve been today always dirty always under staffed if you cut your arm off you have a better chance of going to Huntington or Charleston piss poor since camp took over I wish Putnam General was still there

RecommendedThe hospital was very clean and everyone from the check in folks to the staff at X-ray dept were so kind and helpful and even though I was unable to complete the mri the staff did everything they could to try and get me through the process. The week prior they allowed me to look at the machine and took time to explain how it worked . In this day and age of take a number and getting pushed through the employees took time to be kind and patient and that’s rare this day and time
We went in during the first week of 3/18 for some pre surgery tests for our young adult son with Down Syndrome. The Staff were courteous and listened to all our concerns regarding our sons preferences and fears in how to easiest preform the procedures. We were escorted by one staff member through all the departments. They were an absolute joy to have Jacob treated by.
I was admitted on 3/16 due to my horrible pancreas that continues to cause issues. I was placed on the ICU floor and my nurses were phenomenal. I would personally like to thank Amber, Danielle, Angela, Betty and Chrissy for their impeccable care. I was removed from ICU today and put on a regular floor due to having to be transferred because of other complications and my nurse Emily has went above and beyond to care for me. This hospital is dirty and has the most rudest nurses I have ever seen so much for patients being number one concerns. I wouldn’t even take my dog or cat here
