I want to give Dr. Dyer and his nurses 5 stars but I want to give the Receptionist 0 stars. Today I wrote my name on the check in sheet with her sitting at the desk watching me. An hour later she finally seen my name on the sheet. When she called me up she got hateful and tried to say I didn't sign in at 10:33 for my 10:45 appointment. She was rude and confrontational! Had a heart cath today. Dr. McCormick and his team were great. Very fast procedure.
RecommendedGreat place and i worked here in 1975 and 1976 before leaving for college.
Employees on their cell phones seem to be an issue here. You may want to look into it.
Had a procedure done on Friday at 0800, everyone was great. Setting here on Saturday 30 hours later and they can’t find anyone from the Vascular Department to release me..... awesome ...... I didn’t have anything better to do. Unacceptable.......
