Lived here for 5 years from 2004 - 2009. I know it's been a while but during my time there i had absolutely no issues. The apartments were well managed, The grounds were well kept and maintenance responded to calls on time. I kid you not i never had an issue with rodents. Maybe every blue moon id see one HUGE roach and it would be already dead. Im not sure who manages the property now but at the time i believe her name was Rae. I recently applied for a two-bedroom apartment and, unfortunately, was denied. However, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the staff, who were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They took the time to explain the appeal process in detail, and Ms. Sandra, in particular, was outstanding. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and showed remarkable patience—even though I called her daily (LOL)! I just visited a friend in here and its absolutely disgusting. Crack heads everywhere. Bodily fluids all over the walls. Open sewage. Rats and roaches everywhere. Needless to say any GOOD review of this place is obviously a FAKE REVIEW. They have locked metal cages over the light up exit signs, that should tell you all you need to know. Whoever the property manager is should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely STAY AWAY.
