Steve in the parts dept. went above the call of duty! We were in need of a part on a Saturday afternoon, not only did they have the part but printed off everything we needed to get it installed. Thank you, Thank you!

I've been currently trying to purchase a car there for my Birthday. The service given from the Managers and sales people there were HORRIBLE. They did not even want to work with me for a reasonable offer and when my brother and I were talking with one of the managers, he kept cutting us off and even hung up on us! These are not the people you would want to work with if thats what they're calling "PROFESSIONAL". Worst customer service I've seen in my life... Not worth the time unless if you're looking to get disappointed.

I bought my vehicle in October of 2014 and a week after I bought it my check engine came on...I called costumer service and they told me it was common for the gas cap to cause the engine light to come on...so I've been driving it since with the light on...brought it in to a certified mechanic and it is throwing codes out that it is my timing chain...so I went to John hirsh's to have then do a check on it and that's exactly what it was...my timing chain and now they want me to pay for it out of pocket 3,000$ after I just spen... read more

My experience with John Hirsch has always been terrible. Between them breaking a tire pressure sensor, saying they fixed it, sending me on my way... Warning came on half way home. Called them, talked to a manager, finally got it fixed for free. Now with the recall. My dad's experience was a total nightmare. They ordered the part, lost it? We also decided to get two keys programmed to remote start. They never had an record of this?!?We had go reorder, never got a call back. Called back, asking about it. I have never loved a car dealership until these guys! They are all around amazing, every single employee I encountered on my many trips there were stellar. It's kind of a big deal to love your mechanic and I do! I've even made the hour and a half drive from Duluth to have them fix my truck. Great job, John Hirsch's!
