This place is a joke. My family brought me to REACH due to my mental health crisis, the building was closed on this particular day but we were met with 2 people outside the building. As we were standing in the middle of the sidewalk, the reach employee asked to see my SH wounds, and literally said “they look pretty superficial.” So then they took us inside and made me feel VERY uncomfortable, made a phone call, and are now trying to analyze me for medication prescription (I’ve never been on meds, nor have I had proper therap... read more
This is not a crisis phone number . I have a sister having a mental health issue and this number is asking me if I want to find deals on airline tickets, deals on vacations… what does this have to do with mental health crisis???
There are no words, to express the excellence and competency of this organization. After three months of working with other services, Michelle was able to do in one day, what no one else could even come close to doing. Thank you to Michelle and Jeff. You are the absolute Best!
