Pa Ye is very nice and good with his patients. Nothing bad i can say with his treatment. Its the receptionists and ladies in front who are so rude and difficult to talk to. They will easily hang up the phone on you and raise their voices when you ask lots of questions. I understand there’s language/accent barrier but there’s always a nice way or a proper tone of voice to use in explaining things. these ladies needs proper training in customer service and communication. they’re making the clinic’s rating very low. even though... read more
