Pa Ye is very nice and good with his patients. Nothing bad i can say with his treatment. Its the receptionists and ladies in front who are so rude and difficult to talk to. They will easily hang up the phone on you and raise their voices when you ask lots of questions. I understand there’s language/accent barrier but there’s always a nice way or a proper tone of voice to use in explaining things. these ladies needs proper training in customer service and communication. they’re making the clinic’s rating very low. even though... read more

The front desk who answered my phone call regarding my appt for MRI at Radiology, she said my insurance was dissapproved. If I followed what she said, I have missed my free MRI. Dr Pan , you should be aware of that.
The PA Dr. Ye is very knowledge of his field and address my concerns well. The FRONT DESK ladies however and VERY disorganized and rude. I got a call the other day saying they cant find my result/blood specimens and asked where did i go for lab—-I told her I did it that day in the office and she keep say no no no I went outside quest. She repeated multiple times with very rude tone and I keep telling her I did that say at the office. She got mad n hung up the call on me!!
