Extremely disappointed with my experience at this emergency department. I was charged $470 just to be triaged, then waited 45 minutes without seeing a doctor. When I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be, she said she didn't know. I asked if she could at least give me a rough estimate or whether it might be a few hours, and her response was simply, "It could be." Wonderful! It’s the only place to be when you need a hospital! From the welcoming admin staff, friendliest nurses whether checking in, in surgery or the ward I never came across an unfriendly one! I actually can’t say enough about how much this added to my experience, it was so uplifting at a challenging time in my life….THANKYOU!
