Just had internal fixation of a nasty clavicle fracture I did a few days ago. Got referred to Dr Yu, upper limb surgeon. Got fitted in very promptly, and the pre admission procedure was smooth inc communication with my insurance company. The check in process was smooth and efficient from reception , to nurse then chat with surgeon and anaesthetist just before going in to theatre. I was a bit nervous despite being a medical professional myself and anaesthetic experience years ago , but the whole process was very well managed.... read more
ED staff are absolutely fantastic. The nurses are cheerful with pts & each other. They are highly skilled & spend how ever long they need to with their pt. You might pay a bit but you definitely get 5 star care from admin ,drs & nurses.
