I called Cal's this morning because my range/oven didn't work. They called me back right away and after a few troubleshooting tips on the phone said somone would be here this afternoon. Ken came at the designated time, found the problem right away - the electrical outlet box connected to the wall was fried and he replaced it. Back in business now. Can't thank Ken and Cal's enough, I have had them here over the years for other appliance repairs and their customer service has always been fantastic.

They were able to fit me in on short notice. Ken was professional, polite and communicated very well. Diagnosed the problem promptly and gave me good advice without trying to upsell me like some other repairmen do. Five stars for sure.
I called Cal’s this morning and Charles was able to come out this late afternoon! Thank you so much for being able to come out so quickly and fix our washing machine! With 3 kiddos I am very grateful to not have to wait too long with laundry piling up. Charles was quick, efficient and very kind! I am so pleased by our experience and will be using Cal’s again!
Shout out to BEN.. the old soul.. who took the time and interest to help the old people understand the ins and outs of washer and dryer selections to where we would LEAST need Cals Repairs .. because of this Cal will always be our first call when any of our appliances break! Blessings!
I had a weekend fridge malfunction and Cal's has a weekend tech on call. He came over and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it with a part he had in the truck. Very competent and professional!

My review is a few weeks late! Cal's Appliance Repair is just what you would hope for in a small town like Niceville! Charles and Matthew came out twice to repair our oven. (and my much NEEDED wine fridge!) Charles even helped me figure out how to use the freezer shelves that were just a little narrow. I enjoyed my conversation with both of them, very professional, very friendly and most importantly very honest.
