Ken just left after fixing my parents washing machine and he did such a great job! He was on time, quick, efficient and extremely friendly. I enjoyed talking with him and we appreciate his hard work and top-notch customer service. Ken and Matt from Cals were at my home today to fix my washing machine. It hasn't been spinning like it should lately. I work Monday - Friday 8-5 and they fixed it while I was at work. I felt comfortable enough Not to be there. Ken and Matt fixed the problem - just a clogged drain. Unlike a lot of companies - they were honest, decent guys to work with. They didn't order parts not needed or didle daley around. Thank you and I will be recommending you to all my friends. I appreciate you!
Our dryer broke at our rental property, and after placing calls to several other repair places with no luck, I called Cal's. Now I know why they have such great reviews, Ben was awesome! He worked with me on the phone and via email(he even called after hours to give me a repair estimate) to get our dryer situation taken care of as quickly as possible. I will definitely use Cal's for any other appliance problem we may have in the future!
Fixed my refrigerator with icing problem and noisy fan. Back in business with hardly any down time. Ken was extremely professional and nice. I would absolutely recommend this company.
