Cal's responded quickly to our call for assistance. Ken arrived early on a Friday morning. Ken was very helpful, courteous, and explained what was needed. He analyzed the problem and ordered the needed part. Ken came the following Monday morning with the part. He installed it in an hour and gave the washing machine a test run which verified the repair was spot on. I highly recommend them.
