Ben is phenomenal! We have an issue with our 4 yr old refrigerator not cooling anymore. I called after their office after hours and within minutes, he called me back and left a detailed message. He then called me twice the next day when I didn’t have my phone at work and left lengthy messages trying to provide all assistance he could. On time, courteous, Matt was very thorough and went above and beyond. Although ultimately I have to replace my dryer, I would definitely use Cal's again for any service in the future.
Our front load washing machine stopped pumping out the water at the end of the cycle. I contacted Cal's through Angie's List and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by them with an hour of my request. I had already contacted other companies and was told it would be at least 2 weeks before we could schedule service. Cal's not only got me in the next day, but the total cost was only $130! Ken, our repair man, was super nice and friendly. A great experience! I highly recommend Cal's!
