They have been wonderful. I have had a very positive experience with Calpro. They found some great tenants for me and I've had no accounting issues with them whatsoever. They've been wonderful. I've even told a friend about my experience and he is planning on signing up with them as well.
Great It's been great living at a Calpro property for the last few years. They're great to deal with and have a very good maintenance staff as well. My living situation is good and I'm glad to be here!
Good Management Although I own a rental property in Santa Ana I do not live locally, and so hiring a property management company was pretty much necessary. I hired Calpro Property Management almost 6 months ago, and it has been the best thing I could have done for myself. They are reliable and I am ecstatic to have found them.

Great! My experience with this management company has been the best! They take care of everything and have for about a year and a half. They have reduced the cost of maintenance and are very timely with payments. The tenants they found are great and reliable just like them!
WATCH OUT! SCAM COMPANY! Thomas Windham is a professional scammer and thief tricking homeowners and renters getting their deposits and money and then disappears. He doesn't even pay his employees -- all his checks bounce. Tom changes his business/company name every year to keep on stealing money from others. Report him to the Dept. of Real Estate http://enforcement.bre.ca.gov/eocs/ and www.bbb.org and IRS.
I went to college with Tom. He said he'd buy my house from me after I had trouble paying my mortgage (had skin cancer - insurance only covers so much). When it came time to sign papers to transfer ownership, he disappeared. Ended up foreclosing and now live in an apt with bad credit. Thanks Tom! Really appreciate it. Especially after losing mom and dad and ever other relative to cancer, and having no other way to get help me get past these hard times.
I just laugh at these fake 5 star reviews. As a tenant at a Calpro property for over a year, I can tell you it was horrible. Maintenance was not only unresponsive, but the guy who was in charge of the maintenance lied to us and management. Not surprising when Robert Yann (the owner) is also unresponsive and a liar. Took 2 months to get our security deposit back. Had maintenance issues that were never handled promptly. I even tracked down the owner of the property to tell them about our experience with Calpro. This company is no longer licensed by the DRE of California as of April 9, 2012. Check it at www.dre.ca.gov . These good reviews seem to be fake, trying to cover "something" or to protect "someone" Calpro's web page is no longer active and several claims have been raised against this company for practices that are very unethical.
