They have been wonderful. I have had a very positive experience with Calpro. They found some great tenants for me and I've had no accounting issues with them whatsoever. They've been wonderful. I've even told a friend about my experience and he is planning on signing up with them as well.

Good Management Although I own a rental property in Santa Ana I do not live locally, and so hiring a property management company was pretty much necessary. I hired Calpro Property Management almost 6 months ago, and it has been the best thing I could have done for myself. They are reliable and I am ecstatic to have found them.

Great! My experience with this management company has been the best! They take care of everything and have for about a year and a half. They have reduced the cost of maintenance and are very timely with payments. The tenants they found are great and reliable just like them!
