For starters, Dr. Chermak was about 20-30 minutes late to my appointment. Immediately, she made me feel like I was wasting her time. I had spent several months prior to this appointment at the gynecologist trying to solve a vulvar skin issue, but they eventually said there was nothing else they could do for me and therefore referred me to a dermatologist. Extremely unimpressed today at my appointment with Dr. Chermak. I found her very un-personable, not easy or comfortable to talk to and she wasn’t interested in my concerns at all and only spent 5 min with me. She didn't explain things or even considered alternative testing. She barely looked at the area I was in for and only wanted to test for something I already knew I had and wasn’t getting better. Professional and reviewed procedure before she procedure began. I have Dr. Chermak for several years. I have been very satisfied with her knowledge, care and concern. She's available for questions and has a very educated and helpful staff.
