Dr. Chermak is very pleasant and capable. She does a wonderful job of putting me at ease and explaining everything.
I see Dr Chermak and the team for psoraisis. The doctor and team provide very clear and candid guidance in a calm and confidential manner.They make a tough situation much easier and give me hope and solutions each time im visit.
Dr Chermak understands each issue I have and treats it accordingly.

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I have had positive experiences with other docs in the practice previously. After months of waiting with a painful, distressing skin infection I was so disappointed in the lack of care and empathy from Dr. Chermak. She seemed to have her mind made up about my condition before ever seeing me, and didn't even pretend to consider my concerns. How absolutely inconsiderate and lack of empathy this clinic and Dr Chermak has been. My sister had something suspicious removed from her nose for a biopsy, with the suspicion of skin cancer. It has been almost three weeks and still after multiple calls to the clinic talking to the nurse there is no answer. The results were supposedly in on Monday, and Dr Chermak needed to look at the results before they can be shared with the patient.
