How absolutely inconsiderate and lack of empathy this clinic and Dr Chermak has been. My sister had something suspicious removed from her nose for a biopsy, with the suspicion of skin cancer. It has been almost three weeks and still after multiple calls to the clinic talking to the nurse there is no answer. The results were supposedly in on Monday, and Dr Chermak needed to look at the results before they can be shared with the patient. After waiting 30 or so minutes to be seen, she quickly diagnosed me without even listening to any questions or trying to understand the bigger picture of what can contribute to the rash like stress, diet, etc. Very close-minded, quick diagnosis without giving me much time of the day. She left so quickly I wasn’t even sure if the appointment was over or not. An odd experience where I felt disrespected and not listened to.

I’ve seen several doctors at this practice and have had great experiences and results. Dr Chermak was the opposite. I waited nearly 30 minutes, then her assistant didn’t answer my one simple question so I repeated numerous times. She kept saying Dr Healy did xx so that’s what we’re doing. Cosmetic appointment, amount is not a fixed number. I said I wanted her recommendations. Clearly that was asking too much. so mean to me about my acne. she literally made me cry. do not recommend. and her prescriptions she gave me didn’t even work.

Terrible. Wait for weeks to have my son seen. She sees him for a few minutes. Couldn't be more grumpy walking in the door and already has mind made up what is wrong. Terrible health care professional attitude, bedside manner and treatment. Next please.
Dr Chermak answered my questions politely and concisely. She also provided thorough details of my proposed treatment.
Dr. C was on time, upbeat and professional. She addressed all my issues with patience and experience. I leave feeling that I’m in good hands.
I was taken within 5 minutes of arriving. Dr. Chermak was in quickly and checked me thoroughly and did find a spot. turns out nothing to worry about.
