We came 8am appointment for my moms appt, 2hrs waiting still my mom was not called, asked the receptionist whats wrong because they havent updated the patients waiting for 2hrs, my moms 72y/o, other patients waiting with the same faith, receptionist no compassion to patients that is fasting, just said the dr. Was late. Like she does not care and not her problem. True not her problem, but atleast show concern for your patients. These people are old and sick and hungry bec fasting for this procedure.
