There is an up charge of 21.95 to get a prescription. I paid 21.95 for three pills for my dog. I was under the assumption that when I went in in three days for her annual check up and refilled the prescription I would be able to fill my prescription without paying the 21.95 up charge. That wasn’t true. I paid the up-charge again! This vet cares more about money than the patients he sees�. I have recently visited the office on California Boulevard in Napa California in the last 3 months and their receptionist fails to put in office visit information so you have to repeat office visit to get information on file and pay a second time which is not fair to anybody bad business
The team and Doctor Moffat have taken such good care of our puppy Orange the dog! We are forever grateful. The goofy puppy fractured her tibial tuberosity, we avoided surgery and she is on the mend! Thank you California pet hospital�
I love this place! I used to do volunteer work here back in 2008 when I used to go to The Young Adult Program. I loved it. It was a fun Volunteer job. Plus I love the animals
This was my first time in since Dr. Lung retired. Change is always hard but it was a positive experience. I had an emergency with my pup as he had worked his bottom jaw inside a marrow bone and we couldn't dislodge it. They found us an appointment, sedated him, cut the bone off and even took a video of the procedure and promised to send it to me. My only real complaint is that they aren't open on Saturdays anymore and that is frequently the best time for me to bring the fur kids in.
Fantastic place. The new Vet, Rebekah, is awesome.
