It was very hot in the waiting room and office. I know it's SFO but they need fans even the staff was complaining. Check in was ok took our name and we had a seat. Docoter Shrumpf is great would recommend him he service three locations we like his clay office the best all around staffing and office.
Dr. Cox and surgery went as expected. CPMC-Pacific campus is a joke. Nursing, aides, PT and OT, along with case mgr lack communication and empathy, Transferred to CPMC-Davies SNIF only reconfirmed how truly poor the standards are, not to mention patient rooms are not handicap accessible, which is a problem for a patient using a wheelchair and walker. I have only seen half of the medical staff in this practice: Drs. Donatto, Paul, Ignatius and Mayle. Each one of these professionals have been instrumental in putting my body back together at different times over the past 5 years. It has been an on-going effort ever since I turned 60. Just blessed to have found this extremely talented group of doctors, each with their own speciality wherein they excel. Their entire office staff are to be commended for being proficient, as well as a joy to interact with!
Most often this place is on (or near on) time. I've seen several of the Dr.'s here and they are all very knowledgeable and respectful. One of the ladies at reception is usually a bit slashingly grumpy but everyone else is great.
I have seen two exceptional doctors here, received great care. I can always get inb to see someone. I tell as ll my friends about my doctors.
