When I left with the car, my first thought was that the salesman was okay, but the finance manager was a pain in the ass. In retrospect, I am not happy with either one of them. The salesman showed us a few cars. We test drove a couple and decided on which one to buy. It then took over two hours for the finance manager to produce the paper work and when I questioned why it was taking so long, he threatened to cancel the deal.
