I've had nothing but good experiences with Dr Leila for both of my kids. I am a physician myself and to be frank know a good doctor when I see one. She is very through, follows evidence based medicine and practices, is extraordinarily kind, and has a great demeanor with kids. She is never rushing out of the room and always takes the time to explain things as thoroughly as needed. The front office staff similarly is great. Our family has been enjoying the pediatric office and the staff for over a year now with our little boy we had back in 2023. When first doing research with the office we were excited to read of having an introductory visit with Dr. Leila Bozorgnia and take a quick view of the office. Dr. Leila is an amazing pediatrician and has provided top-notch care for my two kids. She is confident, competent and caring. Her staff is also great - responsive and polite. Highly recommend California Kids Pediatrics!
I can see why this place has such a low review. The people working here are beyond unhelpful and make things difficult for you. Please train your staff properly.
I saw someone say they don’t understand all the negative reviews but she also mentioned she’s a patient of Dr Berman and THAT is where the difference lies. Dr. Berman’s staff was ALWAYS professional, caring, respectful, enjoyed their jobs and made you feel valued. Any interaction with anyone from the other doctor’s staff has been unpleasant from phone, to email to office and I’m sad he merged his practice. If you can get your kid in with him do it.
