Best gym out there to go to and get a good work out
Honestly, people who are seriously there to get in good work will be satisfied because we tune everything else out. When people make complaints, I feel that they are just looking for something to complain about simply because they are paying for it. Keep up the good work Cal Fit. No other big chain fitness center has the variety and convenience you guys have.
Well I wish I was more regular with attendance here but I do make it twice a week. Thursday Kristin Staska kicks my buttons then Sunday Van Rose kicks my butt! I love both of these GST classes for different reasons! I feel I get stronger with each class
Been a member for 5 years now.. my family loved it!
Deep water classes are fantastic.....they are NOT your Grandma's workout! Jenny and Kim are phenomenal leaders! They make it fun, interesting and challenging.....you make it work!!!!
