A lot of great classes and equipment. The swimming pools, sauna and stream room are a plus.
It has great instructors in deep water aerobics and cycling. My class today was the water aerobics with Kim Matranga instructing. It was a fine workout with fine people. MOST OF ALL ONE GREAT INSTRUCTOR IN KIM. she makes it fun and enjoyable.THANK YOU KIM.
I really like this location and the staff is great, plenty of equipment so I can always find something that I like to use. I don't like the recent changes to location of the Bodyfit area, it's not enough room now and, in my opinion, it even poses some safety issues. The change apparently came from the corporate office and I wonder if they visit the actual facilities or talk to the staff who give classes/training before they make these changes......epic fail on this change, I would have rated 5 stars previously.
This is a great work out atmosphere and one of my favorite places to be�
