Nice place to have workout in the early morning. Not too busy you can use all the equipment you want without waiting.

This place is not as clean or sanitary as it used to be. The treadmills are dirty, the bathrooms smell, you notice the floor in the sauna underneath the mats haven't been touched in a while and especially underneath the benches in the sauna. It's been a couple of but I remember the cleaning ladies that worked here and that was all they did. It seems now they use the people that work at the front desk and are usually young. Went to the 11:00 Yoga Class with my Daughter ... Omgosh first time doing a Yoga Class� Wow!! Loved It!!

I joined at the beginning of the year. Usually come early in the mornings and an occasional Saturday. Staff is super friendly, and when equipment goes down it is repaired quickly. The morning workout crowd is a good group of people, too. Plenty of equipment available and no one really hogs anything. The only qualm I have is the parking lot. Often times there is trash, everywhere, spilling out of the garbage cans onto the ground. I have seen a decline in recent years, but I do love to go to gym. If corporate was on their game, they could increase their revenue if they properly trained the staff to be productive during their down time, hire back professional cleaning staff. Focus on customers and be helpful if they need to be shown how to use a machine without charging them for personal training. I believe they should be giving the people that go to this location a break on their membership since barely any of the machines are accessible . The only ones they have are the ones with cables or free weights, since they are redoing the floors. It's not fair to those of us that use all of the other machines, to not be able to have anything to use while they are redoing the floors.
