RecommendedIt’s clean and well,organized. The staff is courteous and attentive. The equipment is stable. They are following the governors mandates and suggestions. I actually observed them requesting a member get her mask from her car before coming in.

I've been a member for 32 years love the gym and the staff
At age 70 yrs old my muscles are not like they were a couple of years ago. So I've been going to a Sit and Fit class and a Arthritis Foundation class. Love it!! Nice and slow get my balance back.
Warm friendly employees, plenty of classes and Trainers ready to help.
