I am seen at this office every four weeks for a chronic condition and have had an outstanding experience with reception every time. Today, after a rude interaction with an employee, I asked for the office manager’s card. I was asked to wait and Krista (sp?) came right out to speak to me about the problem. She treated me like a human being, was empathetic, and overall just “real.” If I hadn’t spoken with her, I would have left the office irritated. Both of our teenagers have gone to this practice for acne treatments. We've been happy with the staff, facility, and results. Dr. Litchfield suggested we have our daughter checked for a related condition. We're fortunate to have caught this early and started treatment - credit to Dr. Litchfield's insight.

I had a telehealth appointment here and the appointment felt so rushed and the doctor did not seem interested or concerned in helping me and just mindlessly prescribed a cream that did not even work. I really disliked the quality of service here and will never make an appointment here again.
