Terrible customer service. Very difficult to book appointments and they automatically sign you up for annual visit without confirmation. Received a call 6 months after an appointment they booked without informing me. Office wants to charge a “no show” fee for an appt I didn’t book. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
I have been a patient for many years and tried to make an appointment just now on February 2, 2023 and was told no provider could see me until May. The receptionist was abrupt and hung up on me before I was finished speaking. Very disappointed.
The staff being patient, helpful and courteous was in compliment to the professionalism and skill of injector Polly Vallone today. I much appreciated the experience.
