From beginning it was a great experience! Amy in sales was the absolutely best. Will handled the finally measuring and Amanda & Amber the planning and schedulers were all excellent to deal with. Then finally,Johnny, Rene, and Luis and all others did a phenomenal job installing all of our systems! Thank you guys for the great work! One of the projects didn’t go quite as I’d hoped but the company made it right. There is a high level of professionalism in the way they stand behind their products and work, and I very much appreciated it. The designer I worked with, Dana, was helpful from beginning to end. The shelves in my hideaway reading closet that I had made for my grandchildren were perfect and the job went off without a hitch! Very professional with quick installation
We had the best experience with California Closets! Jylian came on time for our consultation appt and asked me about what my vision was. what our struggles were, and came up with a great starting design. We then got on a video call with my husband where we were able to see the design and make modifications. Install happened over two days and while we did have some minor issues, like locks on jewelry storage not being added, those were quickly fixed.
