Horrible service. Do not order anything from them. I placed and order and they took my money. Never saw the product. They will not respond to phone messages or emails. This company is a scam. I can only imagine trying to get support after the sale. Stay away. Not worth it at all!
Avoid at all cost!!! They are scammers! This place is a complete fraud! They will take your money and not send you order, respond to phone calls, messages or emails. I ordered part & never received. When i login it says order on hold, I tried several times to call, left messages and emails and never received call back or email. I don’t know how these people ain’t shut down or in jail
I have ordered many parts from the company with no issues in the past, tried to order a complete gun and the order was never done. I have reached out again for some parts, hopefully things have changed and parts will ship out quickly or money will be refunded if not in stock.
Very strange company. I ordered parts with no problems on multiple occasions. I ordered a rifle almost six months ago and the owners provide varying excuses and rarely answer emails. I have filed a BBB compliant, and if you review the BBB information for this company you will see they have a history of taking money and not providing services. I should have known something was up when they were unable to take a credit card, and only take money orders. Buyer Beware!
