Love this place, one of my favorite places to take the jeep and camp. It would've been 5 stars if all the showers worked in the paved camping area. Last year none of them worked and we had to drive down to the showers by the cabins. This year only 1 worked. Please fix your showers!!
RecommendedWe went to Calico ghost town, thinking it would be a rundown ghost town. We were surprised that we had to pay to get in, but said, if it's owned by the San Bernadino county, it should be ok. We entered and we pleasantly surprised by what we saw, this place is amazing, donated by Mr. Walter Knott, gunfights in the streets, shops everywhere, tours of the mine shafts & panning for gold, and restaurants & food stores, a big plus is beer, good beer on tap! We thought we'd be in & out in about an hour, we were there for 4 hours!!!... read more
