Caitlin was an exceptional service advisor, and the repair technicians are some of the best I've seen. I had the side panel of my truck bed roll up like a crepe, and the body tech was able to FLAWLESSLY roll it out without having to replace it. I don't know how he did it, but im thrilled with the outcome. 10/10 repair facility.
The customer service was amazing and I really appreciated all the updates of what was going on with the repairs. I will absolutely come here again for any repairs I need and recommend anyone who needs bodywork done to come here. Now as highly satisfied as I was the only issue I had was the amount of white dust that was inside my vehicle when I picked it up. It took me 3 days to finally have it cleaned up enough. Very professional. My vehicle is actually done three days early. And everything was done very well. Highly recommend them for your work.
My car is still being repaired. Been almost 4 weeks. Im not rating on that. I stopped by before work this morning because i need my EZ pass this weekend. The young lady at the front desk was friendly, professional and helpful. Was told their repair building was locked, which was annoying, but understandable. The thing that got me pissed off, was the short, dark haired man that appeared behind the desk. He did not introduce himself.
