My wife and I would like to thank Austin, Becky and the rest of the crew, at Caliber Collision Birdneck, for their excellent work in replacing the rear bumper on our 2016 Subaru Outback. The workmanship was excellent; it has rained a couple of times since the work but no leaks! The paint matched so exactly that you can’t tell that work has been done on the car. All repairs were done quickly and professionally, and the car looks great. We would definitely recommend Caliber Collision at Birdneck.
Best customer service I have experienced with automotive repair.
We had an not at fault accident that left more damage to our vehicle than we originally thought or imagined but the customer service and knowledge of the person's there was Stellar and for a person that's not very car savvy the gentleman there broke it down to me in a way where I at least knew what they were fixing and there plan to fix it. The repaid was supposed to take a couple weeks but was done in a few days!
